Public Offer Agreement
This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement") is an offer by ZUKOVKA, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Florida Document Number L23000510220, EIN 93-4506338 (the "Company"), to any person (the "Customer") to purchase access to the online courses AI CREATOR and AI CREATOR KIDS by MA GROUP ACADEMY (the "Course") on the terms below. Effective date: September 16, 2026.
1. Acceptance
Paying for any Course plan constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. By paying, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this Agreement and to the Privacy Policy.
The Customer must be at least 18 years old. AI CREATOR KIDS is intended for students aged 10–17; for this course the Customer is the student's parent or legal guardian, who accepts this Agreement on the student's behalf and remains responsible for the student's use of the Course.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Company provides the Customer (or, for AI CREATOR KIDS, the student) with access to recorded video lessons, learning materials, practical assignments and, depending on the plan, homework review, feedback, a support chat with a curator, group or individual calls and other services described on the Course website at the time of purchase.
The contents of each plan (SELF, PRO, PERSONAL, KIDS PRO, KIDS PERSONAL), the access period and the price are those shown on the website at the moment of payment. The Company may update lesson content to keep it current, provided the overall scope of the paid plan is not reduced.
3. Price and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars. Promotional prices apply only until the deadline shown on the website; after it the regular price applies.
Payment is made through the Company's Telegram bot or another payment method indicated on the website and is processed by third-party payment providers. The Company does not store bank card details.
Paid AI services used during the Course (for example, video and image generators) are not included in the price and are paid by the Customer directly to their providers. The Course also shows free tools where available.
4. Access
Access is granted after payment is confirmed, no later than the start of the relevant stream. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred to third parties.
Access to materials lasts for the period stated for the purchased plan, counted from the start of the stream. Calls take place according to the stream schedule; missed calls are not rescheduled unless the plan says otherwise.
5. Refunds
The Customer may request a full refund within 7 days after payment by writing to magroupmedia@gmail.com or to the support chat. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 business days of the request.
After this period the payment is non-refundable, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
All Course materials (videos, texts, prompts, templates, guides) belong to the Company or its licensors and are provided for the Customer's personal learning only. Copying, recording, publishing or distributing them is prohibited.
Works the student creates during the Course belong to the student. The Company may show such works on its website and social media only with the student's (or, for minors, the parent's or guardian's) consent.
Course projects that use the names or products of well-known brands are learning concepts and are not official advertising of those brands. Students are responsible for complying with third-party rights and AI service terms when they use their works commercially.
7. Customer obligations
The Customer agrees to use the Course lawfully, to respect other participants in the community and calls, and not to use AI tools to create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes other people's rights, including their image and likeness.
For AI CREATOR KIDS, the parent or guardian supervises the student's participation and must take part in any paid work the student does for third parties.
8. Results and liability
The Company teaches skills and shows how to work with clients, but the student's results, including earnings, depend on their own practice, effort and market conditions.
The Company is not responsible for interruptions or changes in third-party AI services, platforms or payment providers. The Company's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Course website.
10. Changes and termination
The Company may amend this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website; the version in force at the moment of payment applies to that purchase.
The Company may terminate access without refund if the Customer materially breaches sections 4, 6 or 7.
11. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation; if that fails, the dispute is referred to the competent courts of the State of Florida, USA.
